Common Questions
How do multi-month packages work?
You pay upfront for the full commitment period. Each month, you get one booth credit to use at any upcoming event — Grand Rapids around the 1st of the month, Battle Creek around the 15th.
Can I use credits at both locations?
Yes. Credits are flexible — use them at Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, or split them across both locations however works best for your hiring needs.
What if an event gets cancelled?
Cancelled events result in a credit applied to a future event. We will notify you in advance and work with you to find an alternative date.
What's included with every booth?
A 6-foot table, two chairs, staff QR scanner to capture candidate info, and same-day lead delivery to your inbox. Bring your own signage and materials.
Is there a contract for multi-month packages?
No contract — just a prepaid commitment. You pay upfront and receive your booth credits. Annual packages also get featured placement on our event marketing.
