What We Are
West Michigan Hiring Events is a straightforward, no-nonsense hiring event series built specifically for employers and job seekers in the Grand Rapids and Battle Creek / Kalamazoo areas. We run events monthly — Grand Rapids around the 1st, Battle Creek around the 15th — at consistent, accessible venues.
Why $150?
Because it works. When the barrier to entry is low, more companies show up. More companies mean more diversity of opportunity. More diversity means more job seekers show up. A full room is good for everyone — including you.
We're not here to make money off exhibitor fees. We're here to build something useful for West Michigan.
What to Expect

We do more than just open the doors. Job seekers who attend our events get access to a live, on-site resume builder — a free tool that helps them put together a clean, professional resume right at the event if they don't have one.

West Michigan Hiring Events is operated by Keelpoint Consulting LLC, a West Michigan-based business services company. We've been part of this business community for years and built this platform because we saw a real gap in accessible, affordable hiring events for local employers.
